1) Scoresheet completion, collection from referees, distribution to teams.

2) Prepare Starting Line-up for Announcers
3) Prepare Sponsorship Banners for games
4) Work with Communications Director to establish Travel Itinerary
5) Distribute water to Referees and coordinate pre-game field procedures
6) Coordinate requirements for sponsorship tables or game activities
                                       -Setup game activities
7) Review of Pre-Game protocol, EMT Status, Rec. Center Facilities, and Introductions with visiting teams
8) Help coordinate Team events (Dinners, Alumni, etc)
